Read my review of the WorldVentures Compensation Plan and then YOU decide whether WorldVentures is the right vehicle for your business.
Like most of the MLM companies, you can find lots of negative information on WorldVentures.
You won’t find any of that here. If you are interested in negative things then visit another site.
For the record, I have never been in this company but I have communicated with a few Reps.
If you are a rep then feel free to comment.
You will find my WorldVentures Compensation Plan summary at the end.
It is always in your best interest to research any company that you intend to invest your money in.
Please read all income disclaimers including the one HERE.
The Company
WorldVentures is a home based direct selling Travel Club. Travel industry is worth over 9 billion a year.
WorldVentures Holdings LLC launched December 10, 2005 in Las Vegas by Wayne Nugent & Mike Azcue.
WorldVentures offers 15 DreamTrips in 2006.
In 2008, the company moved into a brand new 38,000 square foot office to deal with growth.
The same year, they were offering members 95 DreamTrips.
In 2009, expansion into global markets began.
2010 and nearly 600 DreamTrips offered.
2013, WorldVentures launches DreamTrips Rewards.
The business philosophy is to help people gain the correct work-life balance.
The company claims to have over 110,000 reps in over 24 countries.
The Comp Plan
The company states that they have designed their Compensation Plan to reward sales reps for two things:-
1. Selling Travel Products
2. Building Sales Organizations by recruiting, training others
The WorldVentures Compensation Plan has an expiry date which means one thing, it is subject to change!
The company operates a 65% Cap Rule. The company will only payout up to 65% of revenue generated from all Sales Volume.
If the weekly commissions generated more than 65% then all the commission cheques would be “shaved” to bring the total back down.
Unlike Isagenix, there are two organizations to build.
Lineage Organization
Everyone that you personally recruit is under you.
Everyone that they recruit is under them in a line.
As the diagram above shows, four people under you means you have four lines/legs.
Each line/leg is independent of the others.
Binary Organization
Just like Isagenix, you build a Left Team and a Right Team.
Unlike Isagenix, you are only related to one rep on each team
Just to confuse you, it’s possible to have reps in your Binary who are not in your Lineage.

Summary
I feel that for a company that only has five products, their Compensation Plan could be much simpler.
They claim that owning their products, you can look forward to having discounts from 28% up to 62%. The Discounts available aren’t in the public domain so contact a Rep for confirmation.
With Internet access to many millions of holiday deals, I think it will be difficult to sell on a massive scale without solid marketing skills.
If you already have a WorldVentures business, leave a comment on how you are getting on. If you are interested in increasing your marketing budget, I can help.
Thanks for reading!

PS Read That! take from it what you will.
PPS Most if not all MLM Compensation Plans are subject to change at the whim of the leadership!

Rob I’m quiet curious. If you haven’t built this business before or an MLM before, to the top 5% rank or even highest rank, then how can you help me succeed? Because this business is not based on sales HD you want to be at the top but recruitment and even that, duplication is the magic wand to be at the very top! That requires way more than strategy.
Rob Dennis says
Hey Felix,
Thanks for taking the time to comment on post.
How do you know what I have or haven’t built? You don’t so can’t comment!
I’m offering help with increasing your marketing budget not help growing your WorldVenture business, big difference.
Based on what you wrote about duplication, you will still need to advertise to get the team members in place.
Thanks for your comment.

James says
Appreciate the factual account – lots of very opinionated articles out there which jump straight into conclusions like ‘If the compensation structure looks like a pyramid then its a pyramid scheme’. Well, look at most businesses and look how they are structured – it’ll probably be a pyramid with the CEO, executives, middle management, workers, etc. Are all businesses scams? No.
Rob Dennis says
Hey James,
Thanks for your comments.
Very true not all businesses are scams. Most problems arise because of the marketing content/strategies used by some of the Reps.
Also, the potential new Reps don’t research the company and comp plan enough to understand what they are getting into and what they will have to do in order to create an income.
An online business is exactly the same as an offline business in the fact that you have to work it or it will fail.
A lot of people are quick to cry scam when in reality they refused to do the necessary work required for success.
If you join a company/business opportunity and think that it will be “push button” and you won’t have to put a lot of work into it then you are actually scamming yourself in my opinion.
Thanks.
